Mission:

  1. The Mission of this role is to actively and strategically market our services to desirable clients to generate new opportunities that consist of viable, quality leads for business. Once established, the closed revenue expectation is $1,000,000 per year.

     

Key Performance Indicators:

  1. Sales: $1,000,000

  2. Closed Job Revenue, minimum of: $1,000,000

  3. Consistent completion of CRM system daily duties

  1. Client/ Prospect Orientation: The ability and willingness to find out what the client/prospect wants and needs are and to act accordingly taking SRG’s costs and benefits into account.

  11. Research and Strategy: Strong marketing and referral research skills and the ability to strategically analyze data to prioritize the use of time while also proactively identifying new high potential business channels.

  12. Interpersonal Awareness: The ability to notice, interpret and anticipate other’s concerns and feelings and to respond appropriately.

  13. Brand Ambassador: Be the face of SRG, enhance the brand and always represent SRG positively. Serve as a liaison to clients and effectively resolve conflicts and manage client expectation.
