By integrating testing and abatement services, we aim to restore more lives—faster. 

Job Overview 

We are seeking a certified Asbestos Inspector to serve as the Project Manager for asbestos testing and abatement projects in the Chattanooga, Knoxville, and Nashville areas. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in asbestos sampling, laboratory coordination, and estimate preparation using Xactimate. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Serve as the primary Project Manager for asbestos testing and abatement jobs across Chattanooga, Knoxville, and Nashville.  

  • Conduct on-site asbestos inspections and sample collection in compliance with state and federal regulations.  

  • Coordinate sample submission to accredited laboratories and review analytical reports.  

  • Prepare detailed estimates in Xactimate for abatement projects.  

  • Communicate directly with clients, contractors, and insurance adjusters to provide guidance and ensure project success.  

  • Oversee and ensure compliance with Tennessee-specific asbestos regulations and industry best practices.  

  • Manage travel to various project sites across the Tennessee market. 

Requirements 

  • Valid Asbestos Inspector Certification (Tennessee preferred or ability to obtain).  

  • Experience with Xactimate software for estimate preparation.  

  • Strong understanding of Tennessee asbestos regulations and environmental compliance standards.  

  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.  

  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel regularly throughout Chattanooga, Knoxville, and Nashville.  

  • High attention to detail and precision in documentation. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • 2+ years of experience in asbestos inspection, testing, or abatement project management.  

  • Background in environmental health and safety.  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other reporting software. 

Physical Requirements 

  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions 

  • Capable of lifting to 50 pounds 

  • Comfortable working in potentially challenging inspection environments
