Mission:

  •  The Mission of this role is to RESTORE LIVES by closing a minimum of $400,000 per year in closed job revenue while maintaining exceptional communication and customer service.

 

Key Performance Indicators:

  •  Percent of Positive Customer Reviews expected to reach: 95% in one calendar year
  •  Lives Restored (number of jobs completed): 65 in one calendar year
  •  Closed Job Revenue: Minimum of $400,000 in one calendar year

  •  Mitigation Technical Acumen: IICRS SRT and AMRT Certification, experience with Moisture Mapper.

Compensation Range:

  •   $40,000- $50,000 Annual Base Salary based on experience
  •   Attractive incentive plan paid quarterly
  •   Company issued vehicle OR up to $550/ month auto allowance
