Mission:
- The Mission of this role is to RESTORE LIVES by closing a minimum of $400,000 per year in closed job revenue while maintaining exceptional communication and customer service.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Percent of Positive Customer Reviews expected to reach: 95% in one calendar year
- Lives Restored (number of jobs completed): 65 in one calendar year
- Closed Job Revenue: Minimum of $400,000 in one calendar year

- Cultivating Relationships and Referrals: The ability to acquire and develop key relationship through Quality Sales Touches.
- Mitigation Technical Acumen: IICRS SRT and AMRT Certification, experience with Moisture Mapper.

Compensation Range:
- $40,000- $50,000 Annual Base Salary based on experience
- Attractive incentive plan paid quarterly
- Company issued vehicle OR up to $550/ month auto allowance
