Mission:

  1. The Mission of this role is to RESTORE LIVES by closing a minimum of $600,000 per year in closed job revenue while maintaining exceptional communication and customer service.

     

Key Performance Indicators:

  1. Percent of Positive Customer Reviews expected to reach: 95%

  2. Lives Restored (number of jobs completed): 45 per calendar year

  3. Closed Job Revenue, Minimum of: $600,000 per calendar year

Compensation Range:

  1. $40,000- $50,000 Annual Base Salary based on experience

  2. Attractive incentive plan paid quarterly

  3. Company issued vehicle OR up to $550/ month auto allowance
