Mission:

  1. The Mission of this role is to actively and strategically market our services to desirable clients to generate new relationships and opportunities that consist of viable, quality leads for business while also fostering mutually beneficial, long term value added partnerships. Once established, the closed revenue expectation is $1,000,000 per year.

     

Key Performance Indicators:

  1. Sales: $1,000,000

  2. Closed Job Revenue, minimum of: $1,000,000

  3. Consistent completion of CRM system daily duties

Compensation Range:

  1. $35,000- $50,000 Annual Base Salary based on experience

  2. Attractive incentive plan paid quarterly

  3. Company issued vehicle OR up to $550/ month auto allowance
