Mission:

To support a production team primarily in the field focused aspects of the repair process by providing exceptional communication to all parties (customer, project manager, and trade partners), ensuring quality workmanship per the scope of repairs, and effective job site management.

Compensation Range:

• $17.00- $20.00 per hour based on experience
• Company issued vehicle OR up to $550/ month auto allowance

Education/Professional Experience/Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of construction experience
• Construction management preferred

• Trade Partners - Build relationship with existing trade partners through on-site rapport and assistance
