We are seeking a dedicated Business Account Manager to bring vision, leadership, and growth to our customers. This role centers on relationship-building and requires a seasoned professional with strong experience in account management, strategic development, and B2B sales in senior living or elder care. 

The ideal candidate will exceed sales goals while creating lasting connections and upholding our values of service and faith. Responsibilities include market analysis, engaging with referral sources, and supporting our mission to serve seniors with care and integrity. Ideal candidates bring an understanding of healthcare sales and industry regulations, with a proactive approach to nurturing accounts and achieving growth in assisted living and hospice service facilities.  

We seek a team member whose faith guides their work and who feels a deep commitment to growing our mitigation and restoration services to touch lives and build community. 

 

Position: Business Account Manager   

Industry: Senior Living – Elder Care – Active Adult   

Location: Georgia   

Salary Range: Six figure earning potential 

Compensation Includes:   

- Base Salary: Competitive, based on experience   

- Incentive Plan: Potential to earn in excess of 50% of base salary in quarterly incentives   

- Vehicle: Company-issued vehicle OR up to $550/month auto allowance 

 

Mission   

To build connections with key referral sources, enhance community engagement, and achieve sales goals.  

Key Responsibilities 

- Leadership & Strategy: Provide growth recommendations, research market trends, align operations with our mission, and implement strategic plans that drive performance and growth. 

- Business Development: Identify and develop new referral sources, maintain and grow existing relationships, and analyze market trends to capture business opportunities. 

- Relationship Building: Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with clients, referral partners, and community stakeholders to enhance visibility and support for our mission. 

- Team Management: Develop marketing programs that foster skills improvement, accountability, and stewardship of business systems (CRM, customer review, and business intelligence reporting). 

- Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient resource management, drive process improvement, and oversee project execution for timely, high-quality outcomes. 

Requirements 

- Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience, with a strong foundation in B2B sales, account management, and relational sales in the senior living or elder care sector. 

- Skills: A natural relationship-builder, goal-oriented, organized, and highly motivated by measurable results. Proven ability to lead teams, meet client needs, and maintain productive internal relationships.
