Southeast Restoration Group (SRG), a faith-based company, is seeking a detailed oriented Mitigation Estimate team member to support our mitigation team in accurately assessing the cost and scope of restoration projects. This role is critical in providing transparent and trustworthy estimates to homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal team members following water, fire, and mold-related emergencies.

Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

• Invoice Expertise: Experience writing invoices for Water, Fire, Mold, and Emergency Services in Xactimate and Symbility.
• Hydro Report Proficiency: Understand hydro reports to justify mitigation invoices and clearly communicate findings to job site teams.
• Scope Accuracy: Maintain a strong working knowledge of the mitigation process to develop accurate scopes of work.
• TPA Program Knowledge: Understand and work effectively within Third Party Administrator (TPA) program requirements.

Team Member Expectations

• Occasional Saturday On-Call Shifts
• Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and audit process
• Create accurate sketches and initial scopes of work for mitigation projects according to IICRC standards
• Update scopes with insurance/customers for supplements
• Create, deliver, and negotiate estimates that are accurate, honest, and compliant with industry standards
• Prepare written proposals that are clear, detailed, and easy to understand
• Ability and willingness to wear multiple hats as needed
