Description

Southeast Restoration Group (SRG), a faith-based company, is seeking a goal-driven and process-oriented Business Development Representative to actively and strategically market our services to high-quality referral sources. Your mission is to prospect for new referral relationships, conduct high-impact Quality Sales Touches (QSTs), and maintain CRM data with excellence - ultimately generating viable business leads and fostering long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

  • New Opportunity Generation: Research and identify potential referral sources, industry verticals, and business segments. Stay ahead of market trends and competitors to uncover high-quality business development opportunities.
  • Quality Sales Touches (QSTs): Consistently schedule and complete QSTs - defined as conversations with key decision-makers that include an intentional ask for business. You'll create and follow a weekly plan that aligns with your personalized QST goal.
  • CRM Stewardship & Data Logging: Own the integrity of the CRM system by entering detailed notes, updating contact records, and ensuring organizational data is current. Your attention to detail supports smarter business decisions and maximized team performance.
  • Referral Source Communication: Effectively update referral partners on project status, timelines, and key developments. Your proactive communication fosters transparency and builds long-term trust.
  • Metrics & Performance Awareness: Use leading and lagging indicators - such as QST volume, CRM engagement, and new opportunity creation - to measure success. Regularly review performance metrics to adjust your approach and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED required
Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or customer relationship roles

Other Relevant Skills:

  • Strong experience with CRM systems and data entry best practices
  • Ability to work independently while adhering to structured routines and goals
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A high level of professionalism, especially when resolving issues or handling objections
  • Self-awareness and resilience in the face of rejection or challenge
