Southeast Restoration Group (SRG), a faith-based company, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and service-driven Office Manager to support the General Manager and broader team with administrative, operational, and customer service responsibilities. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office and supporting the overall effectiveness of the team. Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
GM Support
- Serve as a trusted assistant to the General Manager, helping manage priorities, communications, and calendar execution
- Maintain GM’s Outlook calendar, syncing with the Quarterly Planner and internal team calendars
- Screen, organize, and respond to emails and calls on behalf of the GM when appropriate
- Support meeting prep including agendas, materials, and follow-ups
- Track delegated tasks, provide updates, and help eliminate roadblocks
- Run reports and prepare data for GM memberships, meetings, and operations reviews
- Support low-level customer complaints and internal team matters as needed
- Assist with personal appointments and occasional travel logistics
Office & Facility Management
- Manage internal phone systems and serve as primary contact for inbound calls
- Respond to Connect messages and direct to appropriate team members
- Coordinate office supply inventory and vendor relationships
- Oversee facility cleanliness and maintenance with external vendors
- Maintain office printers, supplies, and technical functions
- Monitor Podium and ensure timely responses and flag customer feedback to management
- Ensure local licenses, bonds, and insurance certificates are current in coordination with the Compliance team
- Manage yard dumpsters to maintain operational workflow
Data & Communication Management
- Enter and maintain accurate documentation in business systems across departments
- Track and organize task assignments across email, Teams, Loop, and other platforms
- Support accurate job file data to assist leadership with scheduling and cost goals
- Ensure data integrity across systems and uphold compliance standards
Team Member Support
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for team members and trade partners
- Maintain team calendars including PTO and sick time
- Coordinate technology distribution and support in partnership with the Support Center
- Assist with event logistics including weekly huddles, appreciation events, and holiday gatherings
- Be a trusted point of contact for general team member inquiries
Fleet Management
- Serve as Fleet Vehicle Champion in partnership with Compliance
- Oversee tag renewals, logo applications, car wash memberships, and equipment assignments
Customer Service Excellence
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests and callers
- Execute weekly Customer Touch Point Calls to ensure exceptional customer experience
- Set clear expectations with callers and coordinate appropriate follow-up with internal teams
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple streams of information
- Tech-savvy and able to learn and manage multiple software systems with ease
- Professional discretion when managing sensitive information
- Strong time management and ability to anticipate and meet the needs of leadership and the team
